The Herndon location is wonderful! I called prior to arriving and Maria was able to help me and tell me everything I needed to know to sign up. I went to my bank and got everything. As I walked into Advance America I was greeted with a warm smile and fast service. I had the pleasure of Zenitz assisting me. She was respectful and knowledgeable of the process and anything I asked, she knew the answer. I would recommend anyone to come to this location, you won’t be let down.
If I could give this spot negative stars I would. I live about 50+ miles from this location but I called all around to get an emergency loan and I spoke with a lady by the name of Maria, I explained my situation to her and she not once decided to break down that I needed an actual pay check in order to get my loan. She stated two types of loans and that one you would need a title and with the other just a checking act and no open loans in the state of Virginia. I drove about an hour 35 because this seemed like a great option. Waited for about 30 mins before I was seen just for the representative to tell me she couldn’t do an application because she didn’t have a physical copy of a check. Although I had my act and routing number and my ID and debit card as I was told.... I drove an hour 35 for no reason ! The worst part if Maria would’ve said something I would’ve gotten a check as my bank is close by.... but not once was any of this mentioned to me and the bank was now closed and they were closed now too. Next time how about you communicate exactly what one needs before just trying to get us in the door. Shame on you !!!
