I have been banking with bayport since 2012, anytime I've had an issue, they were able to solve it within 24 hours.
Well, I've been with this bank since they were first the Newport News Shipbuilding bank at least now over a decade ago (unless it was Langley? To be honest I forgot which one it started from) I haven't had anything negative myself then in over 15 years so I guess there'd be no reason for a bad rating! They're fees are very low from what I've experienced, with at most a $0.25 fee for using their debit card BUT no charge if you use that debit card as credit. Any deposit you make will generally be immediately available which is a wonderful departure from others like Bank of America. Staff has always been friendly at this branch as well.
