Great customer service. Everytime I go there they ask me how I am doing. And I love the drive threw option.
Had two very small checks from Dominion Power and Columbia Gas. Around $30 total. Told me they couldn't cash them since they are over 14 days old. I would understand this if they were personal checks but from corporations like that there isn't a need to worry about the money clearing. This policy is also not stated anywhere. Went to Walmart instead. Very easy process. In and out.
1 Star is even too good for this company. Got to the place BEFORE 9pm! Saw the girls in there already counting the money and all she could lip-speak to me was that they were closed when the hours on the door clearly said 9am-9pm on a Friday and I was there at 8:47pm!! The snotty girl at the window looked like she was more interested in going home early then helping a customer! Avoid whatever you do!
This is the first time i ever went into an establishment like this. I just wanted to cash a check from my company. Legit check, but apparently they couldn't confirm it with the bank which i have no clue. Then asked why it was dated July 25th and why did i wait so long to get it. Well, its not your business why it is a good check. I told her to call the company to verify but i guess it would be too much trouble to do your job and provide a little extra customer service. I was able to sign it over to someone and had them cash it. That bank had no problem. But you have lost my business and i will never recommend this place. Maybe a training needs to be implemented or more staff that actually know what they are doing.
You need to fire and rehire. I had a western union transaction. First, no matter how many times I told her my transaction number she got it wrong. THEN she wouldn't complete my transaction because my MIDDLE NAME wasnt on the transaction, but was on my ID. WHAT!!?!?! I had the tracking number and my ID. My name first and last was on the transaction. I also knew the security question/answer. Im 100 percent sure she was high as a kite.
