I have nothing but good things to say about NetMark credit union . i have applied for HELOC and got approved in one week so fast iam really thankful to Nicole Sanz (Loan processor). i have dealt with many banks regarding home loan, personal loan but i could not find a person like Nicole sanz who is truly committed and supported with clear understanding . . Overall, very good care and amazing service taken by Net mark credit union. iam planning to shift my home loan to Netmark credit union.
I just moved to the area and I was checking out new credit unions to join versus banks. When I visited I spoke with Ronnie. I was impressed with his knowledge and patience to all my questions. He provided me with financial advice both related to the credit union and my financial plans in general. I will definitely return to establish accounts with the credit union.
Nightmare experience where I was strung along for 6 weeks, at then after approving my loan, they withdrew their offer AFTER I had put down a $2000 deposit for a car that was lost. They denied the loan because of inconsistencies in the carfax report check they performed AFTER approving the loan. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Very difficult to get a hold of. Many times I was on the phone line and never got a hold of any representatives.
I am writing this to share my experience with the FC credit union. I visited their farfax branch and was amazed with the services they provide. After talking with multiple banks for a user car loan one of my friend suggested to visit this branch. The executive Mr. Ronnie was immensely helpful in taking me through the process, explaining various other services provided by the branch and quoted one of the best ROI for my car loan. He was really quick in completing my documentation did the credit checks and eligibility right away. I went back to my office to wait for the approval and contacted him via email for all my doubts. He answered all of my queries very patiently and i was really surprised with the way he supported my requirement. Ronnie also helped answer the query from the car agency and was on top of all of the processes at the bank. I have opened new checking and savings account after this experience and i will look forward to refer more of my friends to Ronnie. Thank you!!
I am only giving them a 1 because you have to put a star on here but every time I have been to this branch there is no one who can help or they are always saying what they cannot do. No one tries to go the extra mile to help and they do not represent to me what I have known a credit union to be.
