I have found the staff to be very professional and courteous during each of my visits.
They really like conning you out of your money that’s for sure. My account got mistakenly overdrawn for 2 minor purchases and they wanted to charge me $72 for it. Then when I explained the situation they still said no? Terrible, definitely going to another company for banking
AWFUL!!! No personal or customer service. Always treated like a stranger even after more than 12 years with them. Of course they don't even know I'm their customer when I walk through the door. I'm taking my business somewhere else.
I went in with a PNC check and the guy (bald larger male) made a mistake and didn't notice it's a PNC check so he processed it as a regular check. Of course with regular checks you apparently can't use any of it till the next day (so they said). I pointed out the mistake and he just lied and said all checks are processed that way. Seriously? Just say that you didn't notice that it's a PNC check! Don't lie.
