BB&T's Reviews
They had deleted my safety deposit box by accident! I had the key, they had no record. After an hour or so, Rachelle and home office figured out it had been closed by accident and had me come in to sign new paperwork. I hope I am not charged twice. (They said I will not be.) All is now resolved, but HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN??? Frightening. What if they decided to drill the lock, thinking it was unused, and took all my mom's jewelry??!! Very disconcerting, to say the least.
I visit this branch regularly. I couldn't be happier with the service that they provide, whether it be inside or through drive-thru. If you go inside, Rebecca and Sandra are the girls to see!
