I popped in for a wire. The teller promptly ask how to help, and directed me to the correct person. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I was all done in less than 15 minutes.
They are not interested to help the customers for regular banking services. I was there for an half hour to discuss about the business account and the line began to build. After 15 min the line was doubled.
There was only 1 guy helping everyone in line I didn't even get help everyone just started leaving it was just a waste of time
They are the reason that I won't use Bank of America.... There are no such a thing called service. If seven of us were waiting about 20mins for one teller out of the whole bank. ( ... And some of people just giving up.). This is not the first time. I have to be here every month for the past two years. No improvement ... Nothing!! At least some other branches have provided more help and value the customer. ( Do I have to leave a star? ).
Don’t bother coming here. They always have one teller, and of course at the peak hours and before closing.
