Terrible customer service. My mom went in one day and received terrible treatment from a representative. A teller/representative refused to help my mom because she spoke to her in Spanish. My mom asked for help in Spanish because she heard that woman greet another customer in Spanish saying "Hola", so she had reason to believe the woman knew Spanish. The woman flat out refused to help her and told her supervisor/coworker that she did not want to help my mom. My mom knows English and understood what they said about her.
Too bad there aren't NEGATIVE STARS so I could give this DUMP the review it truly deserves. These people don't know anything about customer service. I can't tell you the number of times I've been here and they have a long line and ONE -- ONE - teller behind the desk. Other people have voiced similar complaints while in line. You go down to PNC and they have two or three tellers. I have better things to do than wait in line 10 minutes for a simple transaction. I guess these cheapskates are saving a buck by not having customer service readily available. Do yourself a favor and open your account somewhere else unless you like standing in line and being ignored.
They don’t know how to order you a new card after giving you a temporary one... Thanks for ruining my New Year’s Eve!!!!!!
