The staff members at this branch violates the privacy of business owners about their account balances. Talk negative about the business account owners and much more. I will report them to BOA corp office.
B of A has found just about every way possible to eliminate human contact! And then once you claw your way through the myriad of automation, the service rep has to transfer you to a specialist to spend another 40 minuets looking for an answer. Bank employees are conditioned to be numb to any needs or requests. The last time a human at the branch was responsive was when I opened the accounts. Their App is really good. They make it easy to understand why robots will replace them. PS: 5 star reviews are phony.
Very slow only 1 bank teller. The drive thru was not open and I guess the manager who was on duty was just standing around not helping at all. Do not go when they open you will be waiting for a long time.
