Could not provide me a refund for a payment I did for someone else's loan , I could understand if I had owed them money myself but I didnt , I had signed not contracts agreed to no poilicies , simply needed a refund cause other person with the loan could have paid it , did out of courtesy at first , knowing that didn't have to cause person with loan said they would pay the rest off , tried to get refund and manger was rude and didn't care said could not provide refund , even though it wasn't my loan, worst customer service ever , manager had no sympathy, was rude and not willing to work with
