Long wait time, three banker two ladies busy at phone and one big dude working like slow cooker.
I called to get some information and OH LORD I have never experienced such a communication in my entire life dealing and working for a bank. Beside all the inconvenient I was placed on hold for over 5m and all the sudden they hanged up after.called again to talk to a manager come to find out that I was originally talking to a manager when I first call but seems she was not confident answering my queation she refered me ro someone else. At the time I was frustrated I asked for a corporate phone number to share my concern. Come to find out they gave me the wrong number. This is when I decided to go online and share my concern. I'm sorry for saying that but just because i care please place people in the right position . At this point I'm not upset from the empl I spoke with the second time because looks she is being trained by inexperienced manager that I dont expect any better when she coach for excellence....sorry suntrust !!!
