There are good and bad CSR’s the worst is the Asian lady that doesn’t know how to do her job well, she thinks seniority gives her the right to discriminate and be rude. She is however very nice with her own people. Get help from the other Reps mostly nice and patient. Might be time for Ms Kim to retire. all the other branches are very nice and provide good service.
we have great experience at this location with Mr. Jessie Ontiveros. Great people, very responsible and he look up for customer satisfaction. The tellers are very welcoming and cheerful and Mr. Jessie was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is 1st time I have this kind of great experience.
There is a thief in this branch. Be careful and make sure you count your money before exchanging or making a deposit. I have been banking with BBT for more than 12 years and will be changing due to this one experience.
They are not very polite. No smile or anything. At the branch that I used to go to in Dunn Loring they were much nicer.
