I was greeted warmly and experienced excellent customer care; My first time in this branch and I was given all the guidance and assistance, during a Friday afternoon peak. I didn’t realize the kind, helpful gentleman was the Manager until I thanked him and asked his name. Thank you again, Brian !
I waited at the drive thru and the tellers saw me but didn’t pay attention to me. I then honked and she came to the window and told me it was no longer open. Well they should post a sign to let people know!!
I normally don't write reviews however this location is absolutely terrible, there Manager is prejudice. He refused to cash out a personal check written to me he indicate that the person signature does match and when I called the person so he can talk to him, he said that he can't talk to the person on the phone. Just disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Not to mention they are extremely slow. Only two teller in there

Big shout out to the 2 male employees wearing suits.... its 8:40 am, pouring rain. The outside automated teller is not working, the door that you swipe your card to go to the inside teller( not the lobby) is not accepting my Bank of America card. i am so happy that you noticed a customer standing in the pouring rain, no coat, scrubs on as i had just come from work, and after you both looked at me, went about your business ... loading paper into the copier. Had to be the bestcustomer service... EVER! Thank you, took by ATM withdrawl business to Capital One, just down the street. I hope you both sre not up for performance reviews..... just saying!
