Great place to get a loan and very good looking staff very friendly

Very unprofessional and poor customer service from the top down. Had a vehicle picked up for reporting after we had called and told them we would be in to pay it off the following week. Paid the car off the next week when we said we would only to find out the car had been hauled to W VA to Copart to auction. Finally received the car 6 days later after getting the run around from everyone involved and paying an additional $1000 only to find out the battery is dead and the transmission is not shifting. Now guess what, no one is responsible lol. Would not recommend doing business with this company period. High employee turn over, untrained employees and piss poor management. Avoid if possible. Now time to get my attorney involved over what should have been a smooth transaction. If you need a title loan go to Titlemax!
