Whenever I originally got a loan with this company it was a live check that came in the mail and I paid that loan off and then a few months later I repeated the process again. So I have been a customer here for a couple of years now never really had any problems even though sometimes I would be a few days late. The management there was pretty cool and would be really customer service oriented which is probably why whenever I got tax refunds I didn't make it a priority to pay the loans off. But last May I renewed the loan and I didn't remember exactly what date the loan was due and unbenounced to me the corporate office came in and terminated all of the good customer service people whom I had been dealing with for a while. So here I am on my birthday no less and my phone rings and I am busy so I don't answer then 1 minute later my girlfriends phone rings and she answers and she tells my girlfriend that I am late on the payment and that it is imperative that I make that payment today... It's the first payment of the loan and I am 1 day late and she causes a big argument with me and my girlfriend and ruined my birthday. And now today comes and I am not late but the phone rings at 8.30am and I am in line at the store and I see who it is and I let it go to voice mail and whenever I come out I call them back and they are reminding me that my payment is due today..... After I hung up the phone I get the voice mail telling me her name and THAT SHE DOES NEED A CALL BACK FROM ME TODAY.... I don't know what this company thinks it's accomplishing by harassing it's customers like this or why they chose to get rid of the good customer service they had and replace it with the kind of people who are there now, but I have a new name for their company PAY ME BACK QUICK!!! Whenever this loan is paid off I will not be doing business with them again.... Stop harassing your customers. Just because you are 1 day late is no reason to call every phone number that someone puts on an application. That just makes people not want to pay you back at all.....
