1st Franklin in York, SC helped us when we were in desperate need of assistance. The entire staff were friendly and understanding, even when we couldn't always pay them on time. They were always ready to work with us when times were hard. Thanks Carla, Rebecca and everyone else.
What a joke of a company to work for. Best possible thing to ever happen to me was leaving this place! Compassion does not exist within this company towards their hard working employees and their negligence to acknowledge the crooked and deceitful within the company is appalling. I know 3 fellow employees, including myself that no longer work there due to the mess within those four walls. Lesson well learned on what to tolerate and what not to tolerate in a work environment! I also know many customers that left when we did and followed us to our new work places... which may I add are Heaven sent! For the sake of the customers that were unfortunately left behind, I truly hope the company all the way down to the York branch inparticular has pulled their act together and will also learn to respect the hard working loyal employees and treat their customers fairly and as family. They deserve the recognition that unfortunately the other 2 fellow employees and I didn't receive. Customers go where they are wanted but only stay where there are appreciated. God bless!
Rebecca was AWESOME! Very helpful, thoughtful and friendly. I was actually afraid to go in and they would say no to a personal loan, but instead she asked questions, very friendly and was able to help me out.
