Rude, no one was out in the open to help me. I stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes waiting on someone to acknowledge me. My boyfriend had to knock on the door to have someone come out. The lady who came out was rude and had the audacity to say that she saw us on camera waiting. So if you saw us waiting why not come out and state that you’ll be with us shortly? Unprofessional!
I had a positive experience at this branch, the employees I dealt with was very professional and pleasant. The branch is located in a nice upscale atmosphere, highly recommend.
They make my banking experience so easy and that makes me happy. Everybody in the Tega Cay branch is so nice and helpful it is worth switching banks for. Besides, you're probably already in Walmart a couple of times a week anyway.
