I used to them but lately EVERY MONTH on my due date now I get a phone call. I don't need a reminder that my payment is due obviously since my payment is made every month. FYI to them, you might want to give a person a chance to make a payment before you interrupt their work day by calling. Will not utilize their services anymore once my current loan is paid off. I could see the call if my payment was always late but not the case!
The manager had a good attitude towards the customer but the other people working there had attitudes that was not needed nor appreciated.
