Called them twice to figure out what was going on with my loan application since they never called me back, and both times I called the lady who answered was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
terrible was pre approved then after i spoke with a lady here said she get back with me in a hour well you guess it here it is a day later no call back so i guess i was not approved but regardless they could have called back so they pulled my credit only to make my score go down waste my time here
