I've had a loan with this company off and on for years. I always come back to them when I need a loan because of their customer service. Jim and his staff are fantastic. They are professional and treat you like they value your business...as some companies don't. Also their loans are easy to pay off.. Their interest is decent. You can actually see your payment counting.. Not so with other companies. The only downside is you can't do an auto payment, pay by text, it call in payment over the phone like other companies but I'm told they are working on getting it . Still worth going to though
I can honestly say I've never had a negative experience from this place. They're always eager to help if there is something that you don't understand, and understanding of something comes up and you need a hand. Everyone that works here is very friendly.
The branch manager Jim Hendrickson is very rude and does not handle his customers in a professional manner. I am one payment behind and told them I would be paying the loan off the following month. Again just one payment behind. When he spoke to me he acted as I owed him the money not the company. He asked if I could come up to the office to talk about my being one payment behind and I said no I couldn't because I am working (I have the same work hours as his office and I work 45 minutes away from the office and have a 30 minutes break which I told him all this) he then said "ok so you're refusing to pay and refusing to visit the office" AGAIN I'm one payment behind! Maybe someone got his coffee order wrong this morning idk but he seemed to take my file very personally and without any concern that in 5 days it's Christmas! This is the only month I haven't paid.
