Just started my loan with them, but very nice.
Called to pay off our loan in March. They gave us the total pay off amount. In October I start getting phone calls and emails saying my payment is late????? Um, what payment? I paid off that account months ago and had no clue I owed you another $95. Then they tell us the amount we paid short was $12, so the rest is INTEREST!! OMFG?!?! I won't be paying it. You should have included ALL money owed when we asked how much to payoff. They are robbers! BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!
These people are very rude need to have there cooperate come in and clean house! They wouldn't give us a payoff had to explain why we needed it. They are unprofessional!
