I've been a customer since 10/2018. Only dealt with the Simpsonville office. I've had an issue with changing banks and jobs and not being able to adjust either. Causing me fees and fines but never going into past due or collections. Today Chanel made the decision to hang up on me and not give me the numbers or names to help me. Great job Chanel.
