Me and my momma went into the office today to try to get her a loan. My momma is in a wheelchair and it hard for her to get around. We went to the 1st franklin on main st and there was a worker there by her self. She came to the door and opened it for us and invited us in to sit by her desk to try to help my mom. They wasnt able to do the loan but she went over stuff with my mom and talked to her like she was a person. She told my mom what she could do and wrote her name on a card. Her name was nikki and she was real nice. It was nice to see someone talk to my mom and help her. I liked this place.
