I took a loan and because of work I got a new card and I've been trying to pay last month's monthly balance for 6 weeks can never get anyone on the phone and now the phone number doesn't work and they've already completely sabotage my credit over it
I;m sending this post because my phone not working we talk , that all need be said, im putting payment in the mail as of now. Cause know one can come pick up you said
like the man said below they will call you and harass you even after 1 missed payment. not only have i told them 4 times to quit contacting me they still call my phone EVRRY SINGLE DAY a long with everyone I know my work everyone! these people are crazy. go somewhere else. its not worth the harassment from Bailey and Michelle!!!!
Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone there very rude and i paid my loan off in advance and they telling some bullshitt I have to wait 6 months before I can get another loan never heard of this better wont be dealing with them anymore!!
I had a loan here twice and paid it off both times. However the second time because of a new girl who worked there didn't press the key to see the total due, I supposedly still owe 50 dollars at the time. Now I owe more because it grows over time. No body ever do facts me back to let me know about the situation. Now 2 no the later I'm still waiting to speak to a manager. The old manager was fabulous. This new bunch of people here are slack.
