This business has been calling me from their Mount Pleasant location three to four times a week for two months now, always asking to speak to "Miss Bernadette." That's not my name, and I've had the same phone number for over 10 years. Not sure if a customer gave them a false number or if this is some kind of phone scam; because even after telling them my name and that this is not the number to reach "Miss Bernadette," I'm still getting their calls almost every other day. I've added their number to my phone's Auto-Reject list but unfortunately they can still leave me multiple harassing voicemails. Very annoying and frustrating.
I am not a customer just a victim of a relentless, rude, and unprofessional employee. This "Gentleman" who claimed to be the manager hung up on me twice in less than 10min. After receiving about 3 calls over the last two weeks regarding a customer's account that listed me as a reference, I asked to be taken off the list. I explained that I have no contact with the client and that I wasn't contacted when they listed me as a reference so please don't contact me now. Apparently the message was not relayed or they didn't care, because the calls continued. I replied tge same way each time, not once using profanity or yelling. Today a "Gentleman" called again, as I was telling him to stop calling me, he interupted saying "let me speak" From there he went on telling me he was calling because I'm a reference, didn't interupt, as soon as he finished speaking and I tried to, he abruptly hung up. Honestly left me feeling disrespected. From there I called the office and asked for a manager. The same "Gentleman" who called me told me that he was the store manager. I then asked how I could contact his boss. His response was "I took you off the list" and again hung up. This all seems pretty ridiculous that a MANAGER acts this way. Cant imagine what tge actual customers go through
