They immediately canceled my card and printed me a new one on the spot. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Camille and Brandon were both incredibly helpful, but the whole staff was great. Horrible experience. Do not go to this bank for a mortgage. They have no idea what they are doing. Took over 60 days to close and still sat in attorneys office waiting for the proper paperwork for 2 hours.
