Zero stars!!!!!Head manager very disrespectful! Told me HER mistake was my issues not hers. Did NOT give me the option of a payment plan( which I do qualify for). Her tone and attitude was not professional! I will be going back to the Laurens breach where I’m greeted nicely and spoken to with respectful.
I have going to this office for more than 2 years and wouldn't go go anywhere else. Sue the manager and Lawana the other rep. in the office are wonderful. I always have an enjoyable experience everytime. Ladies keep up the good job.
