They are great to work with. The negative reviews have to do with poor communication on the customers end. I had to make a change in my payment agreement one time, and they thanked me for letting them know before the payment was due. As long as you communicate clearly, they will always work with you.
I've never had a problem with this company until my paycheck was kinda lite one month, so I couldn't pay my payment on time and I got hounded for a month about my payment by Alisha. She has left me some of the nastiest voicemails on my phone to where I will never do business with them ever again! Obviously corporate doesn't look at the reviews because I'm like the third or fourth person to leave a review about this woman. Anybody else in the Greenville office has always been nice to me, but her!!! So hey here's a solution how about read your reviews and fix the problem and stop loosing business due to one bad egg!!!!!!!
