Brandy is the WORST person to deal with! Shes so unprofessional and rude as can be. If your thinking of getting a loan through them I would seriously advice you to THINK AGAIN. They harass you, call on sundays, call more than is required by law. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
They accept cash or money order only. What business now days does not accept cards and payments over the phone??!! If you get behind on payments they do not accept partial payments. What kind of business turns down money??!! Incoming payment reminders via telephone are multiple per day (3-5) and the person calling talks faster than I can listen. The manager is kind, friendly and personable. She always has a smile. She is easy to work with. If I had it to do over I would not have cashed the check that came in the mail. But, it has more to do with debt than the business. But, I would do business with this group again IF I could get an APR below 10%.
