Been a member since 2015. Great service. I’ve never personally called in because i can do everything online top to bottom. My entire family are all members. Never had issues on the phone, or in the branch, and you’re treated like family.
Shut them down!!! report them to the better business bureau!!! The worst bank ever. I bank at the Gastonia branch and people go look at my reviews and pictures. They can’t even get a 3 stars in the Shelby branch! Your customer service is worse than any of their please close your banks and go out of business you do not care about your customers or their money anyway. It looks like everyone has the same issues with you after their accounts are hacked you will not do your job and refund the money. Your insured money at the bank. I personally think y’all are running inside stands on people I had to fight for my money myself, which I did and won all for your bank to say i’m sorry for the inconvenience! This is why people get hurt in your line of work bc you Play with peoples money and their livelihood!!! I will not stop reporting y’all until your shut down by BBB or out of business! Your job is to dispute any fraudulent claims refund your customer and then you dispute it with the Merchant because your money is insured but y’all think everyone is dumb. Even your dispute team is very rude and I have recording of a employee telling me to shut up over the phone while I was standing in the bank bc I knew they were not doing the claim right. I called and reported my issue the Fourth of July. The bank said they did not send my dispute forms until July 22 and this is after I had to go in the bank and find out anything that they need it. They told me that I had to get in touch with the hotel that charge me to try to work it out or to get a lead. To do their job for them basically! After calling the local news as well as a lawyer they been decided to approve my claim for weeks after the date. today is August 12 and my debit card was just received yet and when I tried to use it it declines And the card service center says they don’t know why once again I’m screwed out of my money and no one knows why and you only work Monday through Friday 9 to 5. I will be closing my account tomorrow August 13 yet I will still post and tell everyone I can until they are all shut down or out of North Carolina
I applied for a refi with Sharonview I have the necessary credit score and income one glitch from a loan transfer that the company my loan was sold to the transfer didn't go well however I did get things in order I have done a lot of car loans with Sharonview with a A credit rating on all the loans . However Sharonview denied my refi previous banking relationship are a thing of the past I guess when a apply for a mortgage with Sharonview everything has to be A1 and I know that's not true or accurate on how mortgages are processed . It appears Sharonview have the old economic philosophy of the 70 s we will loan you money for a car but not land or houses I hope I am a isolated case only Sharonview knows If a mortgage Watch industry group would to investigate just contact me
