Worst bank I have ever been a member of. Just closed my account due to many issues- starting with this account is only set up to deposit money and pay my rent from. But EVERY month I cannot get the money out to pay my rent. They refuse to give an atm withdrawal over $300, for a checking account, this is not a credit card. My card was stolen at some point and fraudulent charges were made, I went in to file a claim and I hear the teller talking with the manager saying she doesn’t think this is true, because my balance always zeros out. (Because this account only received enough money to pay my rent and clears out on the 1st every month). I’ve honestly never felt so disrespected. Now after closing my bank account and leaving my debit card, they are telling me if anyone tries to auto draft or pull anything with that card number ever again, it will reopen the bank account , accrue overdraft fees, as well as monthly fees. This is why I went in to closeout the account. Completely cancel it, and left my card there. But apparently I can expect more nightmares from this institution.
