That CSR name Elizabeth was very rude to my son when he came in to cash his check for the first time. Oh yes. I will be reporting her to upper management. She didnt even explain to him anything and was rude to his employer when check verification was needed. Oh nasty porky pig lookin chick. And she calling women in "mama" when speaking to them like she from hood. I will be speaking to Corp immediately!!
Horrible !!! Says there open til 6 it 4 o clock & they are just staring at people through a locked door! No one will answer the phone. Terrible customer service
