I called about renewing my loan. Was asked by Nina if I wanted to reopen a loan with them again. She stated that I would get angry when they called me about my loan being due. This was so very unprofessional on her part because this is not the first time she approached me with this question. I made arrangements with Nina, the manager, to pay the account on my pay date and she said this was ok. I would continue to get calls saying my payment was late. I kept calling to change the pay date to the date we discussed. I was told constantly that the date was changed to the date I discussed. Nina does not like when someone questions her authority. As a consumer I have every right to speak against something that is questionable. Her perception of “upset” is speaking up for an agreement that was negotiated by she and I. I even came into the office and explained my pay date to them. They said they understood and it supposedly was changed. My opinion is that she just doesn’t like I customer who speaks up for him or herself. My account has been paid out for awhile, why is she still bringing up something that happened in the past? That is not how a company is supposed to conduct business. It is not good customer service. As a professional she has no right to talk with me that way. I may not be rich but I’m not ignorant. Companies like this stay open because of people like me. People whose salaries demands that they have to go to small loan companies. These companies know this and they also depend on certain races of people for their companies to thrive. Like I said no one should have to be talked down to just because they may be in a jam. I will never allow someone to talk to me like I am in human just to get a loan. If people such as myself should ever stop supporting this company, they would go out of business and they know it. A person should not be penalized because they speak up for their rights. This is 2019 not 1962.

This place sucks the staff is unprofessional and the manager shouldn’t be the manager I wouldn’t recommend
