Herself along with everyone in the office is every polite and helpful. Even with me asking a billion questions she was just as nice as ever and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I’ve slept on this all night and it still bothers me. I called to ask about a loan which was my first mistake. Kaylah answered the phone and was very rude and unprofessional. I was put on hold and Jim came on to help me. With in the first 2 minutes of dealing with this company i decided to go else where. He to sounded like i was interrupting his day. He then told me he would process my application and get right back to me. 5 hours later i called back and it still wasn’t done. I’m sorry but i think you need to get people in there that likes working with the public and has people skills.
This place was great. tim is a great manager and took very good care of me and he knows how to make you feel human and definitely knows how to keep customers coming back. All in all I will most definitely be continuing my business here for the near future and would implore anyone looking into getting a loan to do the same you won't be disappointed
