The supervisor was a liar. He always say you're a good customer to everyone who calls and then tell them that you're like family. I was late on 3 payments due to switching jobs and when it was paid off in full. He said he was gonna pass on giving me a loan and I quote "do not call back." They had me waiting for a day and a half for a call back. If you want good loyal considerate service. Do not go to this place. Nick is the most unprofessional man I've ever met. He just says anything to get a loan from people.
This place is the worst most unprofessional loan company I ever dealt with. Every time I went in to make a payment customer service were acting busy, the manager was always on the phone yelling at who was on the other end and then discuss their business out loud to the girls at the front desk. I went in to pay my account off early, the Manager tried to talk me out it, when that didn't work, she started asking me personal questions, like where did I get the money to pay off my loan, accused me of getting a loan somewhere else, while do this she ran a Hard Credit check on me to see if I took out another loan, which went against my credit score. SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY AUTHORIZATION TO DO THIS. Never would I recommend this company.
