I WILL NEVER get another auto loan through this bank. They never give you the correct information. Than want to give you an attitude when something isn’t payed on time. Terrible customer service ! Never again will I use this bank after my auto loan is finished.

I would've had a higher rating as every time I've come they are very pleasant. This last time the lady I has shebrea was very rude and talked to me like I was a child. I misunderstood what she was saying and she wasn't explaining what she meant. I expect better and received bad.
