They have absolutely earned the terrible reviews. Their customer service team needs additional training in dealing with the public. The calls are not recorded for quality training therefore they can basically treat you any way they want and not be held responsible. I will be very happy when I no longer have to deal with them and I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE!!
