Tammac has done us wrong on so many levels. We had to pay for two years of back taxes when we first mortgaged this home in 2000. We later found out the price was twice what it is appraised for by the county. We have tried to short sale, refinance, nothing. They often sit on our payments till there late no matter how early we mail them. Then charge us late fees. We finally started dating our payments and doing follow up calls if they don’t cash our checks in the week. All in all a bad company to work with.
Very rude and unprofessional telling me my credit rating different than what it really is.
Extremely unprofessional. I have been waiting for almost three months just for them to release the title to the title company. Haven’t heard much from them at all. They are ignoring my calls.
Bought a mobile home 2018 free and clear from Tammac Holdings Corp. The home had been bought back from the company in 2011 because previous owner stopped making payments and moved. Found out in April that the taxes on the tralior hasnt been payed from 2011 til 2017. Been trying to call Tammac for days now with no satisfaction. No one will return my phone calls. Just got off the phone with my attorney and he says they are fully responable for the past due taxes. Must be why I have not gotten a return phone call.
My fiancee, who has tumafactive MS and Epilepsy, and I, who is permanently disabled, have been paying the mortgage and lot rent for the person that owns the home. The person that owns the home has not made a mortgage payment in 7 months. We have made our lease payment every single month on time since we have been here. We have offered TAMMAC Corp to pay the outstanding balance that the owner of the home has not paid, as long as we can stay here and continue paying the mortgage. We would take over the mortgage for the current owner of the home. However, TAMMAC Corp. is not willing to work with us. So, even though we have been paying the owner every month, she has not paid the mortgage. The TAMMAC Corp. said that even though I am permanently disabled and my fiancee has tumafactive MS and Epilepsy, we are going to have to move. When it comes to customer service and satisfaction, I would definitely recommend not to do business with this company. We are getting thrown out for doing NOTHING wrong. We are going to hire a civil rights attorney because they can't t throw us out like we are trash
