First was told I was pre-qualified for a $17,000 loan in order to get the remainder of my credit card bills on one bill. After 3 phone calls was then lowered to $10,000 loan and told I needed 2 most recent paystubs as well as last year pay stubs. Went to work that night, had employer email all requested info. Was given a call back by Mark saying I'm approved for the loan and to come in Monday at 1pm to sign papers and get going. Now initially after not getting approved for the 17k I told Debbie I didnt wanna proceed any further because my intent was to better my credit score, not hurt it. She told me they already did a hard inquiry so I might as well proceed. Regretfully I agree to the appointment only to be called an hour and half before appointment telling me they cant approve the loan that my income cant be verified. Meanwhile they had my stubs direct from the employer and according to Mark on the previous Friday I was approved. Thanks for wasting my time. Pathetoc and unprofessional manipulative customer service. I should've just not let Debbie persuade me to continue applying for a loan almost half of what I wanted. Never ever again will I try this company or recommend them.

I had a very good experience with One Main Wexford office the staff is courteous and they handle business . They made things so easy and quick the Wexford office really works hard to get what you need I can't say enough good things about my experience with the staff at the Wexford location.Do not go to the Constitution Ave location in Beaver Falls they are worthless lazy and don't waste your time there like I did .Terry in the Wexford office is great she worked to get me the best deal and I am highly satisfied very good experience.
