Jan was very helpful, she understood what and why we needed the loan and as always very pleasant to work with.
Terrible customer service, worst I've ever experienced. I got a loan here for my car and everything went very smoothly. Then, about 1.5 years later I inquired about increasing my loan amount and I was approved so they ask me to come there in person to get the loan and after about 2 hours waiting there I'm told I don't qualify because of my paycheck stubs they already had, something they could've told me over the phone without wasting my day. Now they've done the same thing again, I gave them another chance because it seemed like this time it would work and I even asked about my previous attempt to see if they were wasting my time again. They assured me and I went and they again could've told me over the phone what to bring to help get a loan quicker but instead they have me drive all the way there wasting my gas, brakes, and suspension all just to have them ask me to go get more information for them. They obviously get the customer and don't wanna give out loans
