I had trouble with the new people's first mobile deposit app. I called today as soon as I realized the deposit was never credited causing an overdraft. I called to explain the situation and a rep by the name of Fatima, straight up called me a liar saying I never attempted anything. Absolutely disrespect and a terrible customer service experience. If you think that, fine but you don't ever falsely accuse a customer of lying to you, especially one with no history like myself! I will probably be leaving over this ordeal unless I am apologized to. By the way, bless your heart Fatima for refunding my $35 after you berated me. Felt like I was being paid off to take verbal abuse. The only reason I'm still giving 2 stars is because aside from this woman, I've enjoyed over 8 years with this credit union.
Made an appointment to come in and talk about getting a mortgage because I had question about rates and other things and was told Ihad to apply on line and she couldn't give me any interest rates. I don't want to apply on line when I don't know what the interest rate is or what my monthly payment would be. I don't make decisions like that without full knowledge of every aspect of taking out a mortgage. It was for.my son for his first time mortgage. So I am looking else where where I can sit down with a person to answer all my questions. Disappointed.
Susan (The head Teller) at the Trexlertown Branch went above and beyond to help us out of a bind. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. Followed up on what she was going to do and then called us to let us know. She is 5 stars all the way. Thank you again.

I have been dealing with People First CU since the 1990's and i have never had an issue that wasn't resolved immediately. Fraudulent charges were immediately removed and funds were immediately replaced. I couldn't ask for a better place to handle my finances. The tellers are friendly and know you by face and name and that is important to me. Their service is impeccable and as long as it continues to be i will a member.
