I was shorted $40.00 from an ATM at Cafe 4. I went to the bank on post, who stated I need to contact my financial institution to resolve the issue. They also stated they do not control their own ATMs. What good is this place if they can't provide a service for their own machines. Glad I'm not a member. So, what exactly is the $3.00 service fee for?
