I’ve been with BELLCO FCU for almost 15 years. Great service, great rates.
If you like dealing with arrogant, ignorant people than this is the bank for you. I have never been so disgusted at the treatment of a place you would expect wants to keep their customers. When they screwed up they had the nerve to say in a VERY condescending tone that they are "sorry I am mad" and put their screw up back on me accusing me of not asking the right questions. No thank you, I am not putting up with bad treatment when there are so many other banks out there that actually want your business. I guess they just make too much money to care about customer service.
Worst “bank” I have ever been involved with. They love to give fees for everything. Even the most redundant things. I have received attitude from the folks I’ve spoken to on the phone and a lack of caring for their customers. If you’re looking for a bank that will steal your money and lie to you quicker than Wells Fargo. You’ve come to the right place.
