Consistent customer service since I opened account many years ago. There is barely any turnover, so you really get to know the staff and they get to know you. It feels good to walk in and be recognized! They are knowledgeable, kind, efficient . The hours and convenient parking is also an added bonus! Account features are excellent, as well!

Customer Service steered her wrong a few times giving her inacurate information about how to close the account. It caused a big problem---MORAL OF THE STORY---don't take no for an answer. keep calling around until you find someone at the company willing to go the extra mile to help you. After speaking with several agents, we contacted Sewickley Dollar Bank and spoke with a female manager---SHE WAS AWESOME. She made sure to listen and understand my wifes situation and she made it simple to close the account. She was very reasonable and used common sense.
