The penn street location was very clean and all the staff were kind and polite they made my visit enjoyable. my visit with pawn plus today didn’t last very long I was approached by a lovely young woman Johanna. My experience there felt very comfortable and organized while I was helped by Johanna she was very nice and made my transaction quick and easy going, she also made sure I understood everything I had difficulties with at your other location she made sure I left there informed and happy. I would just like to say thank you to her for the help.

Always have a great experience when I stop inat Pawn Plus at 524 Penn Street. Employees always help me out with just what I need and they are very friendly and courteous. Michelle, Jocelyn, and Ray help me out and give me what I need every time I’m in the store. No complaints at all! Definitely recommend this store.
