I would give this dirty place 0 stars if I could. There never open on time 9 am really mean 9:30 am. They are always moving slow. There talking and laughing while attending to customers. It takes me 20 plus minutes to get attended to. I'm done with going there I'll take my business where it's appreciated. But today is the final straw. I walked in with one lady in front of me no problem but I stood in line for 20 minutes while she and the lady had a GREAT conversation this morning. I asked is someone else working that can attend to my needs she said "no with an attitude". I'm just asking because I have things to do than wait in line for a conversation to be over, it doesn't take that long to send money. Finally, I am able to be attended to, but she said "the money has been sent to the wrong location" with a smirk on her face which the money was not at the wrong location. Thanks Money Mart E Ohio St location for hiring liars, people who don't care for customers time, and spiteful employees with attitudes.

Store hours posted online does not reflect current store hours!! This needs immediate attention!!! Shows that Money Mart does not respect their customers precious time!!!
Yea customer service isnt exactly priority in this place not to mention u might get pissed on by a bum outside here too.Not to mention the website has it closing at 7 when it closes at 5 ...seems like an ez fix but no lets inconvenience our customers
First time going in lady was very unprofessional very diappointed because it's closer but I rather travel somewhere else then to ever go back in money Mart if you don't know how to answer simple question about the company you work for and you don't know your % why are you working with money...
