Their online system is terrible. I received a payment confirmation and the money didn’t come out of my account. I tried again, checked a few days later, same problem. I called the branch, told them I was having trouble. The man could not figure out why my payment wasn’t going through. He put the receiver down (he did not even put me on hold, so I heard everything) and after a few minutes, I heard someone pick up the receiver and put it back down, hanging up! I was at work and didn’t have time to sit on hold again. A few days I called back and someone else answered. He asked me how much I wanted to pay, and the payment was made with no problem. The payment went through. I didn’t have to give my account number, so obviously they had the right one in the system. I emailed them twice asking why I cannot make payments online and no one has responded. Because of that ordeal, I have a late payment on my credit report. I typically pay 5 months at a time. Of my credit cards, car payments, mortgage... I have no late marks on my credit. Thanks to their poor system/customer service, one late payment (although I tried to make the payment at least 4 times before the due date) shows on my credit and dropped my score down. I called the branch three times today to make a payment and no answer. I suppose I have to drive there during my work hours to ensure the payment is made. This is extremely frustrating.

Overall I was skeptical to come here based on the reviews I read here online. I called and spoke to Nicole who reviewed with me how the loan closing worked and was very helpful. I then applied online, and was contacted by John who was able to review everything in detail as well as answer all of my questions I had reguarding the loans, the terms and interest. when I got to the office I was greeted by Darling who is an asset to your company, extremely kind and very good with customer service. Another thing that I had concerns about after seeing so many people saying about not getting bills I asked how should I know when my bill is due or how to pay. John in the loan closing was very good with explaining how to do payments, what the fees would be and how to be successful with my loan. I usually do not post things about my visits but I feel overall everything was very clearly explained and I have no issues other than the higher interest rate. Thank you for helping me in my time of need!

The overall experience of the place is terrible. I gave them one star just because of Darling a new associate that goes above and beyond to help you, as well as she is respectful and gracefully does her job. I got a loan with them two years ago, came in handy when I needed it. Once I signed the loan there were a thousand questions that came up, that were not explained to me at signing. Every single one of them is rude, disrespectful and rob people. I had a talk with the branch manager on one ocation, he told me what we were going to do, came back the next day and I was told he doesn’t work here no more we can’t do it. They act like they own you once you sign. Almost done with the loan that I ended up paying over 8000 when the loan amount was 4000. Once done will rather be killed than do business with them. Would not recommend to anybody. Despite the robbery they do, their workers are rudeeee and disrespectful. Stay away from this place!
