Horrible. When do you need to to call and verify a payroll check. Cottman check cashing is way better and more professional. Would not recommend this place to anyone
This bank allows people to open accounts with unverified info and in this case they allowed a customer to sign up using an unverified email address which happens to be mine and now will not disassociate the email address from the account even though I have informed them of the error, so they are now knowingly sending account information via email to someone other than the account holder. In short, this company is not reputable. Avoid them.
