Terrible service came in this morning around 9am to purchase a transpass. The only woman working was slow processing everyone's information and gave me an attitude telling me i needed to wait slowly taking her time while i was in a hurry to get to work. This place caused more incovienience to its customers than it does convenience and even though this girl dosent get it customer service is part of her job. I won't be going back to this ace.
Sarah is awesome, but the chick Maria needs to go. I came in to purchase a transpass. The lady was in the back on her phone and came out a minute or so later. I thought the transpass costed $26.50 so I gave her $27. She threw a pass in the slot and walked off. I stood there bewildered for a couple minutes as she went back to her phone conversation in a back room. She must have seen me still standing there and came out and asked me what else I needed. I asked her"Is that it? No receipt or change?" She said "How much you give me?" "$27." "Well why you give me that much??" "I wasn't sure of the price." She stuffed another dollar back threw the window and walked to the back again. I'm wondering what I did wrong to be treated so negatively. I am a patron of this store every week and if it wasn't for Sarah's excellence and this being the only time I've seen this Maria lady, I wouldn't be coming back.
