I love this place, when I go here I know I am going to get a laugh. The three that work at this place is mad cool. I see people talking about the line , let’s keep it real these three are there all day and I think they keep the line moving and you get entertainment, what more do you want .the lines are long because they are great at what they do. I have been coming here for years I only use the fax service and pay my bills here. The three people that work there are amazing and extremely helpful. I am glad they finally got a good staff at this location because prior to them this place was horrible
I have been coming to this location since February 2019, The employees at this location have very good customer service . When the lines are long they try to make light of the situation but engaging with the customer to keep their mind of the long wait . However when I came into this location today, the employees was very standoffish and held back. This was not her usually personality. When I asked why, she was so not her self, she informed me she was no longer allowed to engage in personal information about her life or personal information about my life. She was only to have tunnel vision and handle the transaction at hand, yeah she thanked me and told me to have a great day and come again but Wow where they do at.
